曾卫明,博士,教授,博士生导师,信息工程学院副院长,交通部交通青年科技英才、上海海事大学“生物医学信息处理与应用”学术创新团队负责人,“数字影像与智能计算”实验室负责人,中国计算机学会高级会员及计算机应用专委会委员,中国人工智能学会高级会员及模式识别专委会委员,中国生物医学工程学会高级会员,上海计算机学会人工智能专委会委员及多媒体专委会委员、浦东新区计算机协会副会长,IEEE 高级会员,上海市学位委员会计算机学科评议组成员,PLoS ONE期刊编委。1995年、2002年和2005年西安建筑科技大学和东南大学本科、硕士和博士毕业。2006年-2008年,美国约翰.霍普金斯大学Kirby脑功能成像研究中心博士后。教学上,为研究生和本科生承担《数字图像处理》、《面向对象程序设计》等课程教学;科研上,涉及图像处理与模式识别、大数据与数据挖掘、脑科学与人工智能、医学影像处理与分析、智能交通信息处理等方向研究。公开发表学术论文80多篇,授权国家发明专利9项,主持或完成国家自然科学基金项目、教育部基金项目、上海科委、上海教委等项目20多项。开发的应用系统包括: 心理健康评估软件系统、集装箱箱号智能识别系统、安检危险品智能检测系统、人耳生物特征识别系统、道路裂隙智能检测系统、油表刻度智能检测系统等。曾获上海市科技进步奖 (主持, 三等)、上海市育才奖、上海市优秀硕士学位论文成果指导老师、上海海事大学刘浩清师资培养奖及“优秀研究生导师”等奖励。
