个人简介:苗发辉,男,汉族,中共党员,博士研究生学历,讲师。上海高等教育人才揽蓄计划B类(青年骨干)人才。主要从事进化计算、类脑计算和深度学习等方向研究,在相关领域发表多篇中科院Top论文。曾在教育部智能技术与教育应用工程研究中心从事研究,并曾在上市企业IT研发部门担任开发组经理,具备良好的软件开发实战经验。
