个人简介：肖燕，女，中共党员，博士研究生学历，现任上海海事大学信息工程学院讲师。主要从事自然语言处理、信息抽取、联邦大模型等方向的研究工作，在相关领域的高水平期刊和国际会议上发表论文数篇。
