姚加敏,汉族,中共党员,山东滨州人,博士研究生学历,讲师。主要研究方向为5G/6G超算网络、车联网、服务功能链和强化学习等,以第一或者通讯作者在IEEE TMCIEEE TITSIEEE IoTIEEE TNSM、电子学报等相关领域期刊及会议上发表多篇学术论文,申请或授权多项国家、国际发明专利。参与包括国家重点研发计划在内的多项相关科研课题和企业横向项目等。担任IEEE TITSIEEE TNSM等期刊审稿人、WCL编委成员。
