个人简介：刘玲亚，女，汉族，1987年9月生，浙江嘉兴人，群众，博士研究生学历，副教授。主要从事空天地海一体化网络、卫星通信、海上无线通信相关的教学科研工作，在IEEE TWC、IEEE TSP等知名期刊与IEEE ICC、GLOBECOM等旗舰会议上发表多篇学术论文，主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目，中国博士后科学基金等多项课题。
